Who I am
I am passionate about psychotherapy because of the personal transformation I have experienced by doing this work. I believe entering into therapy is a brave and bold move towards personal healing and transformation. A personal goal of mine is to lead a meaningful life, psychotherapy gives meaning to my life.
I am skilled at hosting difficult conversations surrounding relationships, marriage, divorce, disappointment, and infidelity. Difficult conversations can illuminate more beautiful and honest conversations. I believe in love and fairness. I am invested in taking risks with the hopes to win together. I am a community builder at heart.
I am a trained Mental Health Counselor. I practice a range of different modalities, including Family Systems Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Relational Schemas, Mindfulness, Lifespan Integration and Narrative Therapy. I received my degree from LIOS, Saybrook University, in Seattle. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State, my credential number is LH60777038.
